The IT Improvement Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of the software development domain he or she is responsible for. Our goals is to become Better, Faster, Cheaper and Happier towards and become Awesome IT.

He or she is responsible for multiple scrum teams, either inhouse or on offshore locations and ensures the optimum circumstances for delivery in our 2 or 3 weekly sprint agile delivery model.

The IT Improvement Manager coaches his or her scrum teams for the development testing and release of their software. We coach the teams towards high performance, meaning they are autonomous, deliver high quality and deliver the right value for our business.

The IT Improvement Manager liaises with the main stakeholders as product owners, integration managers and project managers / program managers regarding quality and performance of the teams.

The IT Improvement Manager assures the right sourcing with our delivery partners and governs the performance of these teams.

The IT Improvement Manager strives towards continuous delivery, a state in which Automation and Devops is key.
